Haven't posted in a long time!

this is probably getting to be one of those dead blogs no one visits.
but whatever.

i'm gonna try and keep posting and stuff .



Anyway, nothing much is happening nowadays, just the usual scramble to try to finish holiday homework.


honestly, why is it that only local singapore schools have holiday homework?
I tell my friends from other countries or IS about this fact, and they practically have a heart attack.

what's the use of this holiday homework other than to terrorize kids in a way that makes them paranoid of school?
seriously, if i had homework even in the holidays, then i'd start to feel like i hate school.
but if i didn't, then i'd be feeling, "hey shouldn't i be doing homework?" and then start to miss school and miss doing homework.

plus, it's a freakin' holiday.

whatever holiday we have, or even long weekends, WE GET EXTRA HOMEWORK.

pathetic.

it's really not gonna help us, atleast i don't think so.




Anyway, Michael Jackson, Mr. King Of Pop. has just passed on recently, as did Farah Fawcett.

Honestly, i am not the least bit affected, specially since he's been out of the limelight recently. So, it didn't hit me like a tragedy.

But nonetheless, condolences to his fans and family and friends.




I still have holiday homework.

and all of the remainder is CHINESE.
really, i am so anti-chinese-work.
i still don't understand why i accepted the school's offer to stay in Higher Chinese class, or the fact that i even picked chinese as my second language in primary school.

I DONT LIKE IT ONE BIT.

it's a tough subject for me.
i don't speak it to anyone at home, and hence my knowledge in it's vocabulary is way limited.
i don't write in it unless necessary, e.g. homework or tests or something.

basically, i don't use a single bit of chinese on days i don't have school, so why am i taking it!

ugh.

it's really tough for me, and i always feel stupid doing it, i have no interest in it, and i feel like it's a waste of time for me.

sigh.


Oh by the way, went to watch Transformers 2 : Revenge of the Fallen last night.

it was AWESOME.
the effects, the sound, the everything!

ya'll gotta go catch it sometime.
